A&N Electric will be hosting the first regional Local Damage Prevention Meeting for the Eastern Shore area.  
VA 811 representatives will be on site to share the latest information, promote public awareness and safe excavations.
Any contractor that utilizes 811 services is urged to attend and register online.
The event will be held at the Cooperative's Tasley headquarters on Sept. 12 from 10 a.m. to noon.
