Residential Disconnect Moratorium Has Ended; Past-Due Members are Urged to Contact A&N

The residential utility disconnection moratorium ended on Aug. 29. If you are a cooperative member who is struggling to pay your electric bill or get caught up please contact the cooperative immediately.
We are ready to work with any members who are carrying a past-due electric service balance due to COVID-19. Since the beginning of the pandemic, A&N Electric Cooperative has regularly reached out to members with past-due balances in the hopes of establishing payment arrangements.
Please contact us now to make payment arrangements if you are behind on your electric bill to avoid being disconnected. If you are 30 days or more past-due, you are being offered a COVID-19 Relief Repayment Plan at this time.
Speak to a member service representative by calling 757-787-9750, option 3, or by using our Contact Us option.
