Member Satisfaction Surveys This Month

We will be conducting member satisfaction surveys by phone and by email in March with the help of TSE Services.

All calls will originate from a call center within the 919 area code. Professional telephone interviewers will identify themselves as calling on behalf of A&N Electric Cooperative.

Those who receive and email will have an online survey link embedded in the email message.

If you are one of the cooperative members to receive a call or email, please participate so we can find out how we are doing and how we can better serve you.
