Member Satisfaction Surveys in December

 

A&N Electric Cooperative will be conducting member satisfaction surveys by phone in this month with the help of TSE Services.

If you are one of the members to receive a call, please participate so we can find out how we are doing and how we can better serve you.

The telephone survey will take 7 to 12 minutes. Phone calls will be made Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Professional telephone interviewers will identify themselves as calling on behalf of A&N Electric Cooperative. All calls will originate from a call center within the “919” area code.
