The A&N Electric Cooperative Billing Department is responsible for providing accurate and timely bills to our customers. We provide information and answers to questions concerning member bills, payments, meter readings, and capital credits.
Contact our Billing Department to request a connection or disconnection of your electric service or to report problems with your electric meter, outdoor light, SurgeAssist or GenerLink.
Member Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Information regarding your bill is available online by logging into SmartHub, a free service available to all A&N Electric Cooperative members.
